BANANA RAISIN HEMP MUFFINS

These tasty treats are a healthy family favorite that are easy to make and give the body a good serving of healthy fats, fiber and protein!

SHOPPING LIST:

Dry mix:

2 cups of almond flour & 1 spoon of Pure Hemp Protein
3 tbsp Planet Superfood Hulled Hemp Seeds
1/2 tsp of baking soda
3/4 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt

Wet mix:

3 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup of raisins

HOW TO MAKE:

Stir dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Gently stir in raisins. Line tins with muffin papers. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
