These beautiful gems are sauteed to perfection with garlic and fried onions.
SHOPPING LIST:4 cups Brussel Sprouts, stem ends trimmed and cut into halves
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 chopped red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp Planet Hemp Superfood Hemp Hearts
HOW TO MAKE:
Melt the coconut oil in a fry pan on medium heat. Add in the onions and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add the Brussel Sprouts and sauté for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and drizzle on the lemon juice and sprinkle on the hemp hearts. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
